Lunch at school is not the best

Students at BHS choose to purchase the schools food during lunch time.

All students have to eat lunch at the school because BHS is a closed campus, which means that students cannot leave during lunch. Students can buy a lunch in the cafeteria, bring a lunch from home, buy food from the vending machines or as some students choose to do, not eat at all. Students can eat lunch everyday, but the school does not force them to eat if they do not want to.

Those students that only eat food from the vending machines are not getting the nutrition that they need. The same is true with those students that do not eat lunch at school at all. The students that do not eat at school may eat once they get home though, but then they have to go through the school day being hungry.

Another problem with school lunch is that it can take a while to go through the cafeteria and get all of the food for their meal each day. There is also not very much time to eat at lunch since each lunch shift only lasts about twenty minutes. Along with eating, students also like to talk with their friends. Also, some people are slow eaters or have a lot of food that they need to finish eating.

The school cafeteria has a wide variety of food to choose from. This is one of the few good points that school lunch offers. They have many different kinds of main meals, sides and drinks that students can purchase.

The school lunches are kind of expensve. They cost more than two dollars, which can be too much for some students. But some students may be able to take advantage of the reduced lunch or free lunch programs depending a few variables, including their parents’ incomes.
The school lunch and the experience of eating lunch at school has many flaws, but also some good points, too. The lunch breaks offer time to talk with friends, eat and get out of class for awhile. Many students look forward to lunch so that they can see friends that they may not see in other classes during the day and also to take a break from school for a short while.

I feel as if the article and title contradict each other.
